In addition, negate the effect of a Trap Card that specifically designates this card as a target and destroy it. If this monster is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, you must offer 1 Dragon-Type monster on your side f the field as a Tribute.

My Rating:

Any Deck: 3/5 Can attack twice, and negates targeting traps. Not bad, but it’s open to Flip effects and Waboku/Negate Attack. A one shot monster unless you have Dragons to offer for a Prema or Call.

Dragon Deck: 4/5 Flute-able, plus Lord of D keeps it free from Bugs, Assailants, Old Vindictives, Snatch, Change. Also, you’ll be able to bring it back, just make sure you’re not hurting yourself by offering a monster for it.
